• Donations made through the UniPay payment system are voluntary and non-refundable, unless a specific campaign explicitly provides otherwise.

• Payments are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and handled by UniPay LLC, which complies with PCI DSS international security standards.

• Rioni Fund does not store, process, or have access to your card details. All card data is transmitted securely to the payment processor.

• During donation, certain personal data (such as name, email, or transaction reference) may be collected to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Your information is used only for communication, record-keeping, and reporting purposes, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by Georgian law or payment processors involved in completing your transaction.
